    Additional information:

    * Filing the claim does not prevent resorting to other dispute resolution mechanisms nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.

    * The provider must respond to the claim or complaint within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days, which is non-extendable.
